AI TRAINING

Promoting understanding of the functioning of AI and how to use it

Artificial intelligence is changing organizations, work methods, decisions, and responsibilities. To be able to use AI meaningfully, it is not enough to master individual tools. It is also important to understand their capabilities and limitations, to identify appropriate use cases, and to be able to realistically assess risks.

My AI training courses not only provide essential knowledge and understanding of artificial intelligence (which is actually quite untechnical), but also enable you to make better decisions when prioritizing, selecting, and implementing AI applications. You will also learn to assess the use of AI from a governance perspective.

The content is practical, clearly structured and particularly focused on employees, topics and areas of expertise related to accounting, financial reporting, reporting and auditing.

1. Understanding the functioning and capabilities of artificial intelligence

What is artificial intelligence, what can it achieve, how does it become intelligent? Where are the limits and risks of its use, especially in the context of accounting, reporting, and auditing? What are typical sources of error?

2. Recognize and assess appropriate use cases

For which tasks is AI useful? What prerequisites must be met? What consequences does its deployment have for employees, processes, systems, and leadership? How can use cases be evaluated and compared?

3. From the experiment to the controllable and testable application

How can AI experiments be organized for practical use? How are organization and employees prepared for the use of AI? What is needed for a controllable and verifiable use of AI?

4. DAIGO by d+Ai - Experiencing KI-Governance

The DAIGO simulation makes AI governance practically tangible. At the heart of this is the human being. The simulation shows that AI governance does not consist solely of rules and documents, but also of decisions, the assumption of responsibility, and functioning processes. By then, all participants will have understood that AI governance is a leadership task. And the participants will experience how important teamwork and communication are when it comes to controlling and verifying the use of AI.

Training formats

The content and scope can be configured in different depths.

1. Executive Sessions (45 – 90 minutes)

Compact overview of individual/current AI topics

2nd Webinars/Seminars (90 minutes – 8 hours)

Systematic development of fundamental and applied knowledge

3. Multi-day workshops (3 – 5 days)

Practical application of knowledge in specific tasks

Goals of the training

Participants should, for example, be able to assess better after the training sessions,

  • what AI can achieve and where the limits lie,
  • how meaningful and responsible use cases are identified and prioritized,
  • what risks are associated with it,
  • with which controls the risks are monitored,
  • what AI governance should accomplish and how it can be implemented, and
  • when people are indispensable.

Target groups

The training is primarily aimed at managers and professionals from:

  • Management and leadership
  • Finance and Controlling
  • Accounting and reporting
  • Internal Audit and IKS
  • Auditing
